UPDATED: The Arizona Humane Society workers said that Choco was untrainable. Judie Niece ended up adopting and renaming him Good Grief Charlie Brown. This rescue dog and his proud owner/handler Judie Niece defied that Humane Society’s opinion. Charlie now has 48 titles to his name and still competes!
